No matter how big or small your goals may be, do not be afraid. If there is a goal you have set that feels insurmountable, take a moment to reflect on the big moments in your life. It could be overcoming a disease, it could be going through labour and delivering a child, it could be finishing your first race, or acheiving a weight loss goal. How did it feel when you reached the moment of empowerment. Did you feel like you were on top of the world and could conquer anything? Look to those special moments when you feel as though you are stuck. Remind yourself you can do it, and go out and do it!
