Insights from the Dalai Lama

In the eighth century, a Buddhist master expressed: when we are facing problems, think of the problem, and if you can overcome that problem, then no need to worry. If there is no way to overcome that problem, then don’t worry too much either. Very realistic advice.

    “NOW WHAT?” suggests to look in the mirror and Introduce yourselves to your soul mate. The reflection is the only other person who can help you take charge of being the reflection you want to see. ” NOW WHAT?”
