Peace of Mind

My calendar quote for today:

When we learn to relax we become healthy and vibrant again. The creative juices get flowing, and a calmer world starts to embrace us. If you’re having a rough day, find the outlet that works best for you to calm your mind. Go for a walk or run, meditate, have a bubble bath.

When I get up in the morning I tell myself I have an abundance of energy; I am relaxed; I have an abundance of time; I feel great!

As I mentioned above, when you relax, those around you tend to relax more.

    If we fear we would end up doing something foolish or not doing anything which is foolish enough for me, all we have to do is let everything out. No matter what the world perceives us to be, i think
