When we learn to relax we become healthy and vibrant again. The creative juices get flowing, and a calmer world starts to embrace us. If you’re having a rough day, find the outlet that works best for you to calm your mind. Go for a walk or run, meditate, have a bubble bath.
When I get up in the morning I tell myself I have an abundance of energy; I am relaxed; I have an abundance of time; I feel great!
As I mentioned above, when you relax, those around you tend to relax more.
