Running soothes the soul

I love to run. I find it calms my mi d and soothes the soul.

My favorite time of day to run is in the early morning when the rest of the world is just starting to wake up. It is so quiet and peaceful.

You are left alone with your thoughts. There are the random thoughts pondering life’s questions that fill my head. Then comes the thoughts of, can I do this, can I reach my goal? Then a feeling of elation when you realize you have met and surpassed your goal.

It takes very little effort to become a runner. All you need is a pair of shoes. Then it starts as left foot, right foot. Next thing you know you are able to go a little further and go a little faster. Then you realize you can run like the wind.

You can do it, you know you can!
