My kids love displaying their passion for art all over the house. While getting ready for bed, I noticed they made an addition to one of their coloring pages, of the little stick figure. I thought it was quite amusing, and was grateful this prehistoric figure was drawn on the paper instead of the wall.
It is also a great reminder in life, as Richard Carlson says, Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff. It is easy to get upset at something as small as the stick figure, or we can sit back and enjoy it. I personally am enjoying it as I love seeing my children’s expressions of life change and grow as they grow each day.
…the things you usually think are “big” are, in fact, relatively insignificant; whereas the things you think are small are in fact, what’s most important. – Kristine Carlson
